I make it a practice to plan 2 days off immediately after an international trip lasting a week or more. I need time to get over Jetlag, catch up with family and household chores and simply decompress everything so that I can work full tilt after a break. In the case of my recent trip to Geneva, I also need to recover from a bronchial illness I picked up along the way.
I love our backyard garden and my wife’s amazing green thumb. It blessed and revived me today as I sat reading and soaking in nature’s beauty this morning (photo).
